Unlearning Shame and Guilt is a short, soul-led course that invites you to gently examine the shame and guilt you’ve been carrying — not as personal failures, but as learned patterns shaped by experience, culture, and conditioning.
Through reflection, embodied awareness, and honest inquiry, this course helps you begin noticing how shame and guilt show up in your thoughts, your body, and your sense of self. Rather than fixing or forcing change, the work centers on awareness as the interruption — the place where old patterns begin to loosen and clarity becomes possible.
This course is not about self-improvement or becoming someone new.
It is about unlearning what was never true about you, and returning to the Self beneath the weight you were taught to carry.
