Many of us learned, often early in life, to silence our voice, minimize our needs, or adapt ourselves in order to feel safe, accepted, or connected. These patterns are not personal failures. They are learned responses shaped by relationship, environment, and survival.
This course offers a calm, supportive space to explore those patterns without blame or pressure.
Through grounded teaching, reflective guidance, and gentle pauses for self-awareness, you’ll begin to understand how self-abandonment forms, how it shows up in your life today, and how awareness creates the possibility for change.
This is not about fixing yourself or forcing healing.
It’s about remembering who you were before you learned to leave yourself.
